Super AdminAccount creation — the first user becomes Super Admin

To create a church account, visit fieldlinkmissions.com/signup and complete the two-step form.

Church InfoEnter your church name, city, state, website, and approximate number of missionaries.

Contact DetailsProvide the name, email, phone, and role of the primary contact. This person becomes your first Super Admin. Optionally enter a referral code or a promo code if you have one.

Once submitted, a confirmation link is emailed to the contact address. Nothing is created until it is clicked: the link opens the signup page, where one more click confirms the address and creates your church with a free trial — 10 days, or longer when a promotion running at the time says so (the pricing page shows the current length). The confirmation link is good for 24 hours. No credit card is required to start.

New to Field Link? Confirming takes you straight to your setup page to create a password or connect your Google account (the same setup link is in your welcome email and lasts 7 days). Already have a Field Link login from another church? Sign up with the same email address and confirming adds the new church to your existing account: sign in as usual and pick it from your church list.

Check your spam folder

The confirmation and welcome emails come from the platform's configured send address. If the confirmation email isn't there within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. You can submit the form again if the link expired; a few requests an hour per address are allowed.

The form may also show a short "verify you are human" check (Cloudflare Turnstile). It usually completes on its own without anything to click.
