Theme

Choose from 10 pre-built map themes — Midnight Gold, Slate & Crimson, Forest & Light, Ocean Deep, Classic & Refined, Royal Purple, Ember, Arctic, Rose Gold, and Monochrome — or pick Custom and set your own colours and fonts. Changes take effect immediately for all viewers after saving.

Support Sources

Who supports each missionary — your campuses, partner churches or giving circles. Add as many as you like, rename them, put them in the order you want them listed, and delete the ones you no longer need. Tag each missionary with one or more sources in the Supported by field of the missionary editor (see Supported by); a missionary can have none.

Once at least one missionary is tagged, the public map shows a Supported by filter next to the organization filter. It lists only the sources that have someone on the map, visitors can tick more than one (a missionary matches when any of their sources is ticked), and it combines with the organization filter. A kiosk display or a website embed can be limited to one or more sources — see Only show missionaries supported by.

Deleting a source that is in use asks first and says how many missionaries use it and whether a kiosk is locked to it. Confirming removes it from those missionaries; a kiosk locked to it drops it from its lock, and a kiosk left with no locked source shows all missionaries again.

Audit Log

Admin+Admins and Super Admins can view a full log of every action taken in the admin panel — who added, edited, or deleted what, and when. This is useful for tracking changes and resolving issues. Super Admins can also clear the audit log.

Email Provider

Super AdminSystem emails for your church (password resets, invite links, notifications) are sent through the email provider your platform administrator has configured (Resend or Mailjet). Contact support if emails aren't being delivered.
