Account Setup

New users receive an email with a secure setup link (valid for 7 days). Click the link to reach the setup page where you can:

• Create a password — choose a password that meets the requirements below.
• Connect with Google — if Google Sign-In is enabled, click "Set up with Google" to link your Google account. Your Google email must match the email you were invited with.

After completing setup, you are automatically signed in and taken to the admin panel.

Signing In

Visit app.fieldlinkmissions.com/login and enter your email and password together on the same screen. If Google Sign-In is enabled, you can also click Sign in with Google.

One account covers every church you help with: the same email and password work everywhere, and a password change or reset applies to all of them at once. After your password (and your two-factor code, if you use one) you choose which church to open, if you belong to more than one.

Remember Me

Check Remember Me on the login screen to stay signed in for 30 days without needing to re-enter your password. Leave it unchecked for an 8-hour session (recommended on shared computers).

Google Sign-In

When enabled by the platform operator, a Sign in with Google button appears on the login page. This works alongside passwords — you can use either method at any time.

• Your Google email must match an existing invited user account.
• Your Google ID is linked to your account on first use. Future sign-ins are faster.
• If you belong to multiple churches, you choose the church after Google (and your two-factor code, if you use one) has verified you.
• Google Sign-In respects account lockout and tenant suspension.

Forgot Your Password

Click Forgot your password? on the login page to receive a reset link by email. The link expires in 1 hour and can only be used once. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you'll be asked for a code before the link is sent.

Locked Out?

Five wrong passwords lock the account for 15 minutes, and the login page tells you so instead of reporting a wrong password. Wait it out, or use Forgot your password?: a password reset lifts the lock straight away.

Changing Your Password & Signing Out Everywhere

Change your password any time from the avatar menu in the bottom-left corner of the admin panel. Changing or resetting your password signs you out of every other browser and device — the one you changed it on stays signed in. This is the quickest way to lock out a lost laptop or a shared computer you forgot to sign out of.
