Please read these terms carefully before using Field Link Missions.

Field Link Missions ("we", "our" or "us") is operated as a sole proprietorship based in North Carolina, United States. By creating an account or using Field Link Missions ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including church administrators, staff members, and any other individuals who access the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the admin panel. If you sign up on behalf of a church or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" in these Terms means both you and that organization. The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Field Link Missions is a cloud-based platform that enables churches to manage, display, and share information about their missionary partners through interactive maps, kiosk displays, and website embeds. The Service is provided on a subscription basis following a free trial period.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Each church account may have multiple users with different permission levels. The Super Admin is responsible for managing user access and ensuring all users comply with these terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from missionaries and other individuals whose information you enter into the Service. Field Link Missions provides tools to protect sensitive data, including closed-country visibility controls, but you bear responsibility for how you use and manage that data within your organization.
We take the privacy and safety of missionaries seriously. You must not use the Service in any way that could compromise the safety of missionaries serving in restricted or sensitive contexts.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Annual billing is eleven times the monthly rate. All payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are never stored on Field Link Missions servers. Invoices are issued by Field Link Missions and are available to download from your Subscription page.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as chosen) at the rate your church signed up at, and your payment method on file is charged on each renewal date, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page in the admin panel; no call or e-mail is required. We send a reminder e-mail before each annual renewal.
A 10-day free trial is provided without requiring a credit card. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription. The rate your church signs up at, including any promotional or partner rate, stays with your church for as long as the subscription continues. We reserve the right to modify list pricing for new subscriptions with reasonable advance notice.
Changes you make to your plan or storage take effect as shown at the time of the change: upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; moving to a smaller plan or storage tier takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation and refunds. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with service continuing until then, and nothing further is charged. Payments already made are not refunded for the unused part of a billing period, and the free trial means you can evaluate the Service before any charge. If something has gone wrong on our side (for example a charge after you cancelled, or a period in which the Service was unavailable), e-mail support and we will put it right, which may include a refund at our discretion.
Every plan includes 5 GB of storage for photos, letters, videos and their thumbnails. Additional storage may be purchased in the tiers shown on the pricing page. When your storage is full, new uploads are paused until storage is added or media is removed; we never delete your media because of storage limits. A reduction in storage is only possible when your current usage fits within the smaller amount.
Outbound transfer is expected to be in keeping with normal use of a church's missionary map, kiosk and shared media, and is not separately metered. As a guide, transfer of up to ten times your storage allotment per month is considered normal. If your account's transfer substantially and persistently exceeds what would reasonably be expected, we may apply additional charges. We will give you notice and an opportunity to reduce usage before any charge applies. Refusal to pay for usage beyond what is reasonably expected may result in suspension of the account without refund.
You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service, including missionary information, photos, prayer letters, and other media. By uploading content, you grant Field Link Missions a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions (including from the people shown in photos and videos) for everything you upload, and that displaying it through the Service does not infringe anyone's rights.
Our support staff may access your account and its data only to provide support you have asked for, or to investigate abuse or a security problem; such access is recorded in your church's activity log.
You may export your data at any time using the built-in export tools. When your subscription ends, your account becomes read-only and your data is retained for at least 30 days, giving you time to retrieve it, after which it may be deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time. Backup copies are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Content on church maps, kiosks and website embeds is uploaded by the churches that use the Service, not by us, and we do not review it before it is published. If you believe that content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or represent, tell us through the copyright complaint form or by e-mail to support@fieldlinkmissions.com. A complaint must include: a description of the copyrighted work; the address (URL) of the material on the Service; your name, e-mail address and, if applicable, the organization you represent; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the complaint is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
On receiving a complete complaint we will remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the church that uploaded it. The church may send us a counter-notice explaining why the material is not infringing; we may then restore it unless the complainant tells us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action. A church whose uploads are the subject of repeated valid complaints will have its account terminated. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service is hosted on professional cloud infrastructure (see the Privacy Policy for our hosting provider). Routine software updates are rolled out with a brief maintenance page rather than an outage and normally last under a minute; longer scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control, may occasionally result in downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
You may cancel your account at any time through the Subscription page in the admin panel. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to maintain a valid payment method after the trial or grace period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service will meet your requirements. The visibility and closed-country controls are tools that help you protect missionaries; they do not guarantee that information you choose to publish will never be seen by someone you did not intend. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Field Link Missions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars if you have paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Field Link Missions and its owner from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you or your users upload to the Service, from your choice of what to publish about a missionary or where, from your breach of these Terms, or from your violation of any law or of a third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each of us agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other and allowing 30 days for a response. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email or through a notice in the admin panel. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@fieldlinkmissions.com. Copyright complaints go through the copyright complaint form.
