How it works

From sign-up to the lobby in an afternoon

There is nothing to install for the map and the website. The lobby kiosk is one installer and a six-character code.

1

Create your account

Sign up with your church name and city. Your map is live at fieldlinkmissions.com/your-church right away, with a 10-day free trial.

2

Add your missionaries

Type them in, import a spreadsheet, or send each family a secure link so they fill in their own profile, photos and prayer letters.

3

Put it in front of people

Share the map link in the bulletin, paste one line of HTML into your website, and pick a theme that matches your church.

4

Light up the lobby

Install the kiosk app on any Windows PC, type the code it shows into your admin panel, and the display links itself. It updates overnight and recovers on its own.

What it looks like

A live view of the public map that Calvary Baptist Church in Union Grove, North Carolina runs for its congregation. These previews are read-only here; open the real thing to explore it.

Public map · every pin is a missionary family
The map lives at the church's own address. Visitors search by name, filter by sending organization, and browse the list on the side.
The Bushey Family · shown with their permission
One tap on a pin opens the family: who they are, where they serve, their sending organization, photos, and every prayer letter they've shared.

In the lobby: touch kiosk

The same map on a touch screen. People tap pins, read letters and browse the list. Nothing on the kiosk links away from the map — phone numbers, emails and websites show as plain text — and a Continue on your device button gives visitors a QR code to open the family on their own phone.

On any TV: presentation mode

No touch screen needed. The display splits into the world map and a card that cycles through your missionaries on its own, with an optional QR code on each slide. Runs unattended every Sunday.
