Two-Factor Authentication
Every user can enable 2FA — either a TOTP authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) or a one-time code sent by email. Eight one-time recovery codes are generated at enrollment. Check "Remember Me" to skip 2FA for 7 days on trusted devices.

Super Admins can require 2FA for the entire church. Any user who logs in without it is shown the enrollment screen immediately and can't proceed until they set it up.

Closed-Country Privacy
Missionaries can be shown on the lobby kiosk but completely hidden from the public web map. No QR code is generated, no public profile exists, and the API returns nothing — even if someone knows their ID.

Users can sign in with their Google account instead of a password. Email must match an existing invited user — no auto-creation. Multi-church users see a church picker after authenticating.
